Program Instructors
We are looking for instructors to conduct classes for all age groups: EarlyLearners (ages 2½-6), GradeSchool (ages 6-9), 'Tweens (10-12), and Teens (13 and up).
While prospective instructors do NOT need to be credentialed teachers, this kind of experience is certainly helpful. We are interested in individuals that can connect with students, regardless of their certifications. Candidates should already own or have ready access to a computer with Internet access and email since much of our out-of-office communication and program coordination occurs electronically.

Teachers' Assistants
Some of our classes benefit strongly from an additional assistant to aid the instructor in activities and student interaction. Candidates for this position should be comfortable in the classroom, working with a qualified, certified instructor. This position is well-suited for individuals wishing to further their child education careers, for college students, or educators seeking supplemental, part-time work.

Program Coordinator
We are presently seeking one or more individuals to assist in our program coordination activities in Washington and California.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent people skills, in addition to top-notch organizational abilities. Responsibilities include coordination of instructors and classes, facilitation of materials assembly or distribution, maintenance of progress and performance records. This position could also include marketing to prospect schools, community, church, or service groups locally, regionally, or nationally. This position offers excellent growth potential for the right candidate(s) who are willing to participate in the expansion of this program.

Operations Manager
As we grow our programs both regionally and nationwide, we are searching for an Operations Manager based in our Seattle-region office to assist in our expansion. The right candidate will have 5t+ years in business operations, ideally with an educational or family-program oriented background. Experience in licensed program development and management is highly desired. And, with any of our positions, a passion to succeed and a belief in our cause of bettering children's lives is essential.

Regional Directors/Account Managers, Business Development
Our exciting growth has led to the need for dedicated business development resources to assist in identifying, following up, and closing new business opportunities with schools, organizations, and individuals in a number of different communities throughout the United States.
The ideal candidates should possesses a strong marketing and business development background, with a active set of connections in the educational and academic arena. Polish, personality, and a desire to seek the best for the children and the community are essential elements for success.

NOTE: All positions will require the candidate to agree and submit to a background check performed by municipal or federal licensed agencies. Teaching positions may require the candidate to also be fingerprinted and have this information on file. This requirement must be satisfied before any offer of employment or contract will be extended.
Generally we look for candidates local to the areas in which we conduct our classes. The knowledge and familiarity with culture and community is a key component to our program's success. For this reason, we prefer to interview candidates that have been residing in the local community for a period of time, and thus, we do not have a policy for relocation at this time.
